One of the reasons why I choose these recipes were because, they were Quick, easy snacks, lunch, or dinner ideas that can be easily made by wrapping anything in lavash wrap. 🌯1. Olive Salami Roll-Up
An easy, 15-minute appetizer or quick lunch! This Mediterranian-style lavash Wrap is filled with Sour Cream, Salami, Cheese, Turkey, Avocado, pickled olives with peppers, and Aleppo Pepper. Wrap it up and serve either cold or set it in a non-stick pan and place it into the pre-heated skillet for a few min to allow it to crisp on both sides Enjoy!

- Peppered Smoked Turkey
- Muenster Cheese
- Pickled Pepper Olives

2. 🥢Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Wrap
Dinner can’t get easier than this! Although this recipe is pretty simple to make it also makes an easy, quick chicken wrap meal in just minutes! Basically, we used pre-made battered chicken strips, baked in the oven at 400° for 25 minutes. Once done, wrap it into a single lavash wrap, add a ready-made broccoli salad package, add sliced avocados, and drizzle some Teriyaki sauce over and make it a night!
So easy and so yummy!

- Tyson – Crispy Chicken Strips (fully-cooked)
- Tylor Farms – Broccoli Crunch Salad
- Kikkoman Takumi Teriyaki Sauce

3. Lavash Lahmajun (لحم بعجين)- Middle Eastern Pizza-Style Meal
Ready in just minutes on Lavash bread. A thin piece of dough topped with minced meat (most commonly beef, lamb, or both), minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes, parsley, and spices such as paprika and allspice.
Ingredients for: Lavash Lahmajun – Middle Eastern Pizza-Style Meal
- 2 lbs 85% Lean Beef
- 1 lb 85% Lean Lamb
- 2 Limes
- 4 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 4 tbsp Allspice
- 2 teaspoons Salt (to your taste)
- 3 tbsp Black Pepper
- 4 tsp Aleppo Pepper
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
- 1 large chopped Onion (squeeze/disregard juices)
- 1/4 cup chopped Parsley
- 1 Red Bell Pepper

Lavash Lahmajun saves time in the kitchen, especially when we are hungry and want a quick meal! In other words, we love Lahmajun, it’s one of our favorite recipes in our home! 🍢 4. Armenian Lule & Chicken Kebobs
The recipe coming soon! Mouth-watering kebobs are perfect with lavash bread!
Firstly, we had a few different BBQ Kebobs happening that day which included a delicious minced Beef and Lamb Lule Kebobs. Secondly, we made two different types of grilled Chicken Kebobs and we served them along with cold tomato and cucumber salad, sliced red onions seasoned with sumac and fresh parsley.
Lastly, I had two different Chicken Kebob Recipes that day! One was marinated with yogurt, onions, and my special chicken seasonings. The other was marinated with Mayonnaise, Smoked Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lime, and onions. In conclusion, they were irresistible, and were gone in just minutes!
