Ingredients
- 20 sheets of Puff Pastry
- 2 cups crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 bunch of Fresh Dill
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° – Make sure to thaw out the dough for 1 hour before prepping the borek. The dough needs to be semi-frozen while prepping.
- Chop the dill crumble the feta and mix in a bowl.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture on half of the dough
- Fold over your dough to have both points connect
- Place in a lined non-baking sheet and place them 1 inch apart
- Brush egg over the top of each pastry
- Bake for 20-25 minutes – make sure the tray of boreks is on the center rack of the oven
