Ingredients

  • 20 sheets of Puff Pastry
  • 2 cups crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 bunch of Fresh Dill
  • 1 Egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° – Make sure to thaw out the dough for 1 hour before prepping the borek. The dough needs to be semi-frozen while prepping.
  2. Chop the dill crumble the feta and mix in a bowl.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture on half of the dough
  4. Fold over your dough to have both points connect
  5. Place in a lined non-baking sheet and place them 1 inch apart
  6. Brush egg over the top of each pastry
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes – make sure the tray of boreks is on the center rack of the oven
