It’s packed with ingredients such as; mocha-flavored instant coffee, yogurt, bananas, berries and oats drizzled with a touch of honey. This is a great alternative if you are craving for anything sweet especially if you are watching your calorie intake.
Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons instant cracked oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sprinkle of ground flax seed
Instructions
- Place yogurt in a bowl and add instant coffee and mix.
- Slice fruit and place on top of yogurt, add cracked quick oats, and sprinkle ground flax seed.
- Eat and Enjoy!
