It’s packed with ingredients such as; mocha-flavored instant coffee, yogurt, bananas, berries and oats drizzled with a touch of honey. This is a great alternative if you are craving for anything sweet especially if you are watching your calorie intake.


Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons instant cracked oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 large strawberry
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Sprinkle of ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl and add instant coffee and mix.
  2. Slice fruit and place on top of yogurt, add cracked quick oats, and sprinkle ground flax seed.
  3. Eat and Enjoy!
