The Best Rustic Greek Sandwich!
This is a crusty rustic stone-fire bread that is filled with layers of Greek feta, roasted walnuts, jalapeno-stuffed green olives 🫒, juicy tomato slices, onions, and arugula. Of course, the looks of this sandwich are as good as it tastes! Once you take a bite out of this sandwich, it will be a lifestyle changer! So light, and yet so meaty without the meat!

- 2 slices of Rustic Stone-Fire Bread
- 2 tablespoons Lebni
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- Red Onions slices
- 1/2 small Tomatoes
- 4–6 large Jalapeno Garlic Stuffed Green Olives
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
- Handful of Arugula
Instructions
- Toast two slices of bread in a toaster oven, wait a few minutes to cool off toast.
- Layer your sandwich with lebni, onions, walnuts, feta, olives, arugula, tomato, salt and pepper.
- Gently, press your top bread on top of your sandwich, when the sandwich is secure support it with your fingertips and cut through the sandwich with a knife, and enjoy!
