Best Yogurts to use to make Mocha Coffee Yogurt
You can use any type of yogurt of your choice. I prefer to use Plain Non-Fat yogurt (non-sweetened) because it tastes better to me and has a lighter texture. You can also use Greek Yogurt if you prefer a thicker yogurt texture.

- Flax Seed — ground flax seed

STEPS TO MAKE THIS HEALTHY MOCHA COFFEE YOGURT
Step: 1 – Add yogurt, and instant coffee and mix together.

Step: 2 – Arrange strawberries, bananas, oats on top. (Optional: you can add different types of fruits of your choice.)
Note: Raw Oats – Raw oats are safe to eat but in moderation. Eating too much could cause constipation and indigestion. You can also replace raw oats with soaked oats or soaked chai seeds.
[Tip: If you want to achieve this look, make sure to slice your fruits all in the same thickness. Also, while slicing your strawberries, keep them intact and when decorating, place each slice of fruit in its cut order.]

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons instant cracked oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sprinkle of ground flax seed
Instructions
- Place yogurt in a bowl and add instant coffee and mix.
- Slice fruit and place on top of yogurt, add cracked quick oats, and sprinkle ground flax seed.
- Eat and Enjoy!
